You might cringe on tax day, but on April 15, 2010 there is reason to smile. Imago’s best-known show FROGZ returns to Portland after a three-year hiatus. For many Imago Theatre and FROGZ are synonymous. FROGZ put Imago on the international map. The simplicity and the charm of the show catapulted the production to two Broadway runs at the acclaimed New Victory Theatre in 2000 and 2002. Variety Magazine called it “Felliniesque mayhem.” The New York Times raved “A mastery of mime, dance and acrobatics.”
